Upper part of a moulded base (0.38xsurviving ht. 0.47x0.35) of coarse grey limestone, inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, 0.15xsurviving ht. 0.28); decorated on two sides with simple scroll and bird ornament. Socket for statue above. Found in Rep. II, in the open space between ins 12 and 13, now in Sabratha Museum.
